Bet1970 Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform bet1970, available at bet1970.net and on the mobile app for Android and iOS ("Platform"). For the purposes of this document, "bet1970", "we", or "Platform" refer to the company operating the site; "User", "you", or "your account" refer to the individual who creates and uses a registered account.

By clicking "Sign Up", completing the registration form, or using any service of bet1970, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

To create an account on bet1970 and use the Sports Betting and online casino services, the User must cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list for gambling, whether from bet1970 or any other regulatory body;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form.

The bet1970 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address (utility or phone bill from the last 90 days), and bank ownership verification at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified deadline may result in temporary account suspension.

Access to the Platform by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. bet1970 uses age-verification tools and reserves the right to immediately close any account where there is an indication that the holder is a minor, with the balance held pending completion of the verification.

Each User may hold only one (1) active account at bet1970. Registering multiple accounts with the same CPF, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.

The User is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials secure — including login, password, and two-factor authentication code (2FA). Do not share your password with anyone. bet1970 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Playing on behalf of third parties, receiving funds from third parties for betting, or transferring balances between accounts is not permitted. Coordinated betting across multiple accounts to gain an edge over the Platform — including the use of bots, player agreements, or systematic arbitrage — is considered abuse and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved.

The bet1970 accepts only Brazilian payment methods for deposits. Available options include: Pix (instant), boleto bancário, major-brand credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer to Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no set maximum deposit, but transactions above R$ 50,000.00 are subject to additional compliance verification. All deposits must be made by the account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Pix deposits are credited to the account within seconds of payment confirmation by the banking system. Boleto deposits may take up to 3 (three) business days to clear. Credit card deposits are subject to approval by the card provider and may be declined due to the issuing institution's internal policies — in such cases, bet1970 bears no responsibility for the block.

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance (real-money balance, excluding any unreleased bonus balance) at any time through the account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00 upon request.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF, or via TED to a bank account in the User's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, business accounts, or prepaid cards without a verifiable link to the registered CPF are not accepted.

The processing time is up to 5 (five) minutes for Pix withdrawals on verified accounts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require document verification before processing. TED withdrawals are processed within up to 1 (one) business day.

The bet1970 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected while an investigation is underway. The User will be notified by email within 24 hours of any hold and the reasons for it.

The bet1970 offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a Welcome Bonus of up to R$ 500.00 for new sign-ups. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, the main ones being:

• Rollover (wagering requirement): The bonus balance must be wagered a specific number of times before it can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement is stated in each promotion.
• Validity period: unused bonuses or those whose rollover has not been completed within the specified deadline are automatically cancelled without prior notice.
• Eligible modalities: each bonus specifies which categories (Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, roulette, etc.) count toward the rollover requirement and at what percentage.
• Per-account limit: the Welcome Bonus is granted once per CPF only. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will be closed.
• Wager before you withdraw: any withdrawal requested while an active bonus balance is present will result in the cancellation of the bonus — only the real-money balance will be processed.

The bet1970 VIP program offers escalating benefits — cashback, higher withdrawal limits, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive live casino tables — proportional to the volume and consistency of bets placed. Entry and maintenance criteria for each VIP tier are available on the program page within the User's account.

The bet1970 offers betting markets for domestic and international sporting events, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, and esports, among others.

Bets are only valid once accepted and confirmed by the system — the User receives an on-screen and email confirmation. Unconfirmed bets are not valid. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that apply, regardless of any subsequent changes.

Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically cancelled and the staked amount is returned to the User's balance. The bet1970 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in cases of obvious technical errors in the odds, suspension or cancellation of an event by its governing body, or force majeure preventing the normal conclusion of a match.

If an event is cancelled or not concluded within the timeframe established by the tournament rules (generally 24 to 48 hours), all bets are voided and stakes returned to the balance. Bet settlement decisions become final after 72 hours with no formal challenge.

The casino games available on the bet1970 — slots, roulette, live blackjack, baccarat, game shows, crash games, and progressive jackpot — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testers, ensuring every outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by the Platform or the User.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is shown on the title's detail page. RTP represents a long-term statistical average calculated over millions of rounds and does not guarantee results for any individual session.

If a technical failure occurs during a casino round — such as a disconnection, freeze, or server interruption — the round will be completed based on the state saved on bet1970's servers at the moment of the failure. If no valid saved state exists, the bet is cancelled and the amount returned to your balance. bet1970 does not compensate for losses resulting from connection failures on the User's end (internet or device issues).

Progressive jackpots are funded by a portion of each bet placed on participating games. The jackpot amount displayed is updated in real time. Jackpot payouts are subject to identity verification before processing for amounts above R$ 10,000.00.

The following are strictly prohibited on bet1970 the following conduct, among other actions that may be deemed abusive or fraudulent:

• Create more than one account or use another person's details to register;
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automation mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage — such incidents must be reported to support immediately;
• Engage in money laundering or use the Platform for any unlawful activity, as defined by Law No. 9,613/1998 and related legislation;
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to guarantee a fixed outcome (match fixing or coordinated betting across accounts);
• Make successive deposits and withdrawals of identical amounts with no real gaming activity in between (fictitious movement of funds);
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in the support chat or through any bet1970 communication channel.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, withholding of real balance for investigation, and — in cases of illegal activity — reporting to the relevant authorities.

The User may close their account at bet1970 at any time by requesting account closure via support chat or by emailing contato@bet1970.net. Before closure, any available real balance will be paid to the User via Pix within up to 5 business days, provided there are no pending verification or active investigation matters.

Bet1970 may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Request by the User themselves (voluntary self-exclusion);
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance is cancelled without compensation. The net real-money balance — after deducting any bonuses granted that have not been converted through real wagering — may be held pending the conclusion of the investigation and, if fraud is confirmed, returned to the original funding source.

The bet1970 believes that sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such. We do not encourage gambling as a source of income or as a way to recover previous losses.

The Platform offers the following control tools, accessible directly from the User's account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, a limit can only be lowered immediately — increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period before taking effect.
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period. Once the limit is reached, the account is blocked from placing bets for the configured duration.
• Account pause: temporarily block access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: suspend access to the Platform for an indefinite period. Reactivation is only possible after a minimum of 6 months and upon formal request.

• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Data portability to another service provider;

The bet1970 is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User. Sports betting and casino games carry the risk of losing the amount wagered — the User assumes that risk in full when using the Platform.

Bet1970 is not responsible for:

• Internet or device connection failures on the User's end that interrupt a gaming session;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the User's account caused by the User's own negligence (password sharing, use on unsecured networks);
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or force majeure events;
• Decisions by third parties (banks, card providers) that block deposits or withdrawals on the Platform.

The maximum liability of bet1970 for any individual claim is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the incident. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven fraud or willful misconduct by the Platform.

The bet1970 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated to the User via their registered email and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 (fifteen) days before the new conditions take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect and request a withdrawal of your available balance.

The version of the Terms currently in effect is always the one available on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Previous versions may be requested from support by email.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with supplementary application of the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, which is hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, waiving any other venue, however privileged, unless otherwise required by law.

The bet1970 encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Before taking any legal action, the User may file a formal complaint via email at contato@bet1970.net or through the support chat, with a Platform response time of up to 5 business days.
